A content management system keeps all of an organisation's information in one safe place, and lets its own people add to it, find it and use it. Every screen below is from one we built, for a health camp in the middle of Bumthang.

(01) Why a content management system
Made for a lot of data.
A website shows information. A content management system keeps it: every record, every reading, every change, ready for the next person who needs it. That is what a health camp needs when the nearest hospital is a long journey away.
01
Holds everything
Thousands of records, each with dozens of fields, notes and files, stored safely and backed by the cloud.
02
Many hands at once
The registration desk, the triage tablets and the doctors all work in the same records at the same moment.
03
The right eyes only
Everyone signs in and sees what their job needs. A family sees their own relative, and no one else.
04
Year after year
This year's visit links to last year's, so a doctor can see how a patient has changed since the last camp.
05
Reports in a click
Statistics, progress reports and exports for the people who plan the work and fund it.
06
Run by your own people
Your team adds pages, videos and records itself, without calling a developer.
(02) Health · Bumthang
A health camp in the middle of Bumthang.
Every year the Dhur Health Camp brings doctors to the nomadic communities of the Dhur area in Bumthang, people who live far from the nearest hospital. It looks after elderly and less mobile patients, and keeps watch over high blood pressure and diabetes all year round. We built the system that runs it, so the camp works without paper.

How a patient moves through the camp
01
Register
Patients register on a phone before the camp or at the entrance. Each one gets a reference code and a QR code to show the camp staff on arrival.
02
Triage
A tablet scans the code and the patient's record opens. The triage team types in blood pressure, pulse, oxygen, temperature and weight, with notes for the doctor.
03
The doctor
Before the patient sits down, the readings are already in the doctor's file. History, diagnosis and prescriptions are all recorded in the same place, which saves time with every patient.
04
At home
Families sign in to see their relative's readings and current medication, and switch on reminders so a dose isn't missed after the doctors have gone.
05
All year
Health workers at the local health centre keep the records going between camps, patients watch videos about their medication in their own language, and next year's visit picks up where this one left off.
(03) Why we do it
Technology for the places that are hardest to reach.
We love serving every kind of sector, from sport and farming to tourism and health, and most of all the people in places that are difficult to reach. Bringing them the technology they need, so that people can be healthy, is the work we're proudest of. And there is nothing we enjoy more than fulfilling a doctor's vision.
“Zampa has enabled us beyond a reliable and convenient digital platform but motivated us with enthusiasm to pursue our passion tenfold if not more. All its exceptional services are truly a blessing for Dhur community.”
